The Animal Man Visit
On Monday the Year 3 and 4 children from Baschurch, Albrighton and Ellesmere had a visit from the ‘Animal Man’ Simon Airey and his wonderful collection of exotic animals. The children really enjoyed the visit and were mesmerised when observing and handling the animals and listening to Simon.
Simon Airey has a wealth of knowledge and facts at his finger tips and the children were able to ask questions and gain knowledge about animals, diet, skeletons, muscles and movement. Simon shared his passion for protecting our planet and the animals that live on it and subsequently the children have since been discussing what they can do to reduce climate change!
