KS1 maths learning cafe, 1st February 24.
We were really pleased to welcome parents and carers to our KS1 maths learning cafe on 1st February. It was a great opportunity to look at the resources we use in KS1 at Radbrook and to explore some maths problems together with the children. Miss Williams and Miss Ratcliffe showed parents how they can support their children's maths at home and introduced them to lots of maths games and activities they can access at home.
Parents said,
"It was really interesting to see how different things are today than when I was at school- I wish I was 6 again!"
"I feel much more confident now to help my child at home with their maths. I can learn along with him!"
