On Friday 18th January, eight Year 5 pupils visited Shrewsbury High Prep School to take part in a " Maths in Motion Day". They had to use their Key Stage 2 maths skills, including multiplication, percentages and degrees in angles to work out operating parameters for a racing car. This car then raced against the cars of the other 15 schools taking part. Even though we had a few technical problems, the children successfully adapted their car and got second place. A fantastic result! Well done to all involved who represented Radbrook so well throughout the day.Mrs N Smith.
